The First Visit

When you arrive, you’ll meet our reception staff and complete some paperwork. Then, you’ll go to an examination room, where Dr. Sofo will introduce himself. You’ll sit down to discuss what’s brought you in, detailing all your concerns. We’ll begin a thorough examination and determine if X-rays are necessary. Dr. Sofo will talk you through his findings each step of the way, making sure that you’re well-informed. We usually give a chiropractic adjustment on the same day. This appointment takes about 30-45 minutes.

Subsequent Visits

Your visits will be quicker for follow-up appointments. Dr. Sofo will talk to you about how you’ve been feeling and then give you an adjustment and therapies if appropriate.

There are some people who have heard that if you go to a chiropractor once, you’ll have to go forever. Though some people with conditions like arthritis may need to continue seeing Dr. Sofo to better manage their problems, you can decide to leave care at any time.
